Why We Started
Lucen Building was created after years of working inside commercial buildings and seeing the same challenges appear again and again. Facilities often had capable equipment, but the systems weren’t operating together efficiently. Small control issues, outdated sequences, and unnoticed inefficiencies were increasing energy use and operating costs without building owners realizing it.
We believed there was a better way.
Rather than replacing equipment that still had years of service left, we wanted to help clients improve the performance of what they already owned. That idea became the foundation of Lucen Building.
Today, we continue to help organizations make informed decisions that improve efficiency, increase reliability, and extend the value of their building systems.
